Q : How do I know my size ? 

A : we have include the size chart on both each product page and on the menu bar under “ size chart “ . Please look for your height and weight on the chart to find your correct size . If you are in between sizes or closer the the larger size please select the larger size . You may additionally fill out the contact form or email us directly @ [email protected] if you need additional help finding your size . 

 

Q : What if it doesn’t fit ?

A : No worries . We will happily and quickly exchange any item that doesn’t fit as long as it is unworn and in its original condition so be sure to try on over your top until you are sure it fits properly . Please refer to our Return policy . 

 

Q : How long is shipping ?

A : We ask that you allow us 2-3 business days to ship your order out to you . Once we have shipped the order you will then receive your tracking number via the email address you gave us on your order page . Please be aware that YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED .

 

Q : Can I cancel or edit my order ?

A : After a 4 hour window has passed we will not be able to cancel or edit any orders . Please be sure that you’ve ordered with the correct address and include any necessary unit numbers at your address . We will only ship to the address that is on the order details , no exceptions .

A : UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE 

 

 

Waist Trainer Care Instructions:
We suggest thoroughly hand washing the Waist Trainer and lay flat to AIR dry. Do not put in dryer. Please, do not use bleach and do not iron .  Please see maintenance instructions that come with your product for additional information . 
 

Additional information for International customers:
We ship worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class international mail. International and Military orders may take up to 20 business days or longer to arrive. Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Londyn Shapewear LLC . Sometimes, these fees must be paid in order to receive your package. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please be aware some international countries do not scan the package once it arrives in your country. If more than 20 business days pass, please contact your local post office or customs as the package may be held there.


The US Postal Service does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package for standard/ first class mail.
